Why is it that I can easily capture about two to three of one persons turf but then it gos near impossible to capture any more

Mob up then it'll be easier to cap more people.

I have two hundred more mob than him, and I think he's maxed out defender, but am I wrong to think that that's enough more mob to outweigh these??
