I want to get more turf but I've gotten to my limit and I've went over it by capping as many as I could find but there's none within reach, anyone else around is a lot stronger and there's not much I can do, any suggestions

Drop the dead weight. It's holding you back as you can plainly see.

Delete the extra crap, move to a new town and start capping again. Repeat as needed.
