How do I get 86 inf

You unlock turf upgrades as you lvl, im not certain which exact level gives you the last buyable upgrade to reach 86inf though.

Note you can get even higher than 86 by equiping special looted turf upgrades, which are also unlocked and only lootable by reaching certain levels.
