It's says the same city on my profile 2 times while it's supposed to be the same, and one of those is a city capo? The turfs exactly in the same city.. I think it has something to do with changing the language on my phone.

Not a problem with your profile, quite common that there is multiple listings for one city,
the city boundries are a bit wonky on te map - especially in areas where theres many smaller cities close to each other.

Can that also explain why one of the 2 is listed in another language for me? Even after changing the language back?

Also, there are two geocoders. This allows two capos to exist in one spot.

I don't get it? I changed my language again and all turfs i placed get noted under the same name but in Italian, and it automatically makes me capo even though its in the same map..

Did you even read any of the responses? Its NOT your language settings...
