Capo glitch

Someone took capo of Basalt from me. I was notified but I'm not sure if that was late as I am unsure when he actually took capo title. When on a turf, it says the local capo is the other player but I still have capo police protection were it says I'm capo on police protection and I don't have to pay. It's been multiple days since I lost capo of that town and I still have capo police protection.

Do you have global protection purchased? Could just be the name didnt update since protection status never changed.
Just guessing at this point so youve got some sort of serious reply~

I never bought global protection and I know it never transacted since my son points was the same and the one town I was not capo in at the time I had to purchase protection from
