Ok so recently i installed this game and happenedtobe when I was about an hour or 2s drive from my hhouse. So i claimed the turf there and now i want to make another near where I live. Is there a way to make one where i am?

Yes. Click on turf map and then place a turf.

Oh i think its just cause every space i have near me is takin (i live near an airport)

You need to plant inside the green circle. Sometimes if you zoom in enough you can find a tiny hole to plant in. Reload the map if you can't plant where you think you should be able to.
