Capo message delay

I took over capo of Glenwood springs recently. I didn't get a message notifying me I'd taken the capo title of that town for about 7 minutes after holding the capo title.

I know. I jus pointed out the delay in case nick plans to fix it or there is a fix for it or it's only me and it was only this one time.

I post things to point them out, not to expect a fix, unless there really needs to be a fix.

I know. It's not to big a problem. Note: I was just pointing it out, not looking for a fix. And just seeing what should be done about it. Seems nothing should be done.

Last time I became capo, I got the message right away and I've never heard anyone else point it out so I didn't know it was something everyone knew.
