Missing Turf?

Hi, I've just paid 12 respect points for an extra turf but it's not letting me claim a turf as I'm apparently maxed out, any ideas how that is possible or how I can claim a new turf?

On your profile it says "turf claimed." What do those two numbers say? (The first one should be 16, the number of turf you actually claimed. The second is the number you CAN claim) the first number must be smaller than the second for you to make new turf.

I understand that, I was on 16/16 at first, then went to the don and paid respect point which should have made it 16/17, but it's remained at 16 and I'm down points :S
