Tearing turf down?

If I tear down a turf will I lose all the money that I spent in it originally or will I get some back?

You get 1/2 back. When you hit tear down it takes you to a confirm page that will show you how much you will get back.

You only get money back from the upgrades though. Not the fee you you paid for initially building the turf.

So you destroy your shop and expect to get income from the rubbles?
When you tear down a turf, you lose the hourly income.

Lol no I assumed so it's just that when I tore mine down I didn't really see a drop in my income but I can't remember what I was earning before to be fair

U'll only see the drop every 100k and it takes a few mins to register everytime u tear a turf down.
