Why do I have to buy guns, armer and stuff for each person in my mob? Everyone else in my mob most likely buys there own stuff so why does everyone in my mob need to buy there own stuff and then have me buy them stuff as well? Why can't every person just buy 1 of everything and that be enough?

Well, your mob is really just a number. It doesn't matter what weapons they own, you still have to arm your own mob. Yup it's a little confusing I know.

Each person in your mob can hold one weapon, one armor and one melee item. There is a really good thread about different strategies and ways to arm your mob. I'll bump it for you.
