Hey so I just became a Capo for all of 5 minutes. I have 275 mob and about 2,900 influence. I become capo and the previous Capo starts capping my territories. He took 5 and became capo again. My question here is how? He has 184,000 influence and 30,000 mob. I thought this game doesn't allow you to do anything if you're similiarly matched with each other. Anywhom, I started a Vendetta on that cockroach. I wish there was bounties in this game to whack other players. I'd spend every penny I make in game to get him whacked all day.

Revenge is useless, kid.
You've been playing since Jan 10th? Close to that?
That other player has been around far longer than you and put dedication into mobbing up, which clearly you haven't done. They don't have to give up anything.

Revenge is sweet. I'ma put my mind to it and Mob up more than him. Then I'ma go after his Capo cities one by one.
