Okay I recently just got more influence in my city than my local capo, but I'm not local capo.. how do I achieve this?

Although you may have more turf out, julius26 still has more influence with his 4 regularly upgraded turf. I did notice that some of your turf are missing influence. Perhaps you did have more influence at one point before someone hit your turfs.
