I claimed my first turf 1st of November, so I'm about 6 weeks in to the game.

Am I going alright?

Apart from spreading out and punching codes what should I be doing?

Punch even more codes. You should easily have at least 2k mob by now.

Read the "How to arm your mob" thread in this forum. You have a mishmash of regular weapons. You should have 1 Galesi, 1 Kevlar vest, & 1 meat cleaver for each mob member. You already have grenades or I would say add those in after that.

Once your income can support it, you can start adding upkeep weapons. Upkeep should never be more than 30-50% of your income.
