I wanted to how I'm doing and please give me some tips. Also my goal for now is to get to the Phoenix airport so leave me some advice for that goal too thanks!

Spread out, don't bunch your turf so someone can't tax them all with one turf.

My opinion is you are off to a nice start. Profile wise, you don't have much upkeep weapons which is good right now. You won't need them until you start fighting enemies. Use http://mob.codes like we do to mob up. Punching codes for even ten minutes a day makes a big difference. Energy is nice, but don't neglect to raise your stamina. You want it to be high during fights. Don't bother using skill points for attack, defense or capture skill.

Turf wise, you aren't building underneath other people and paying them tax which is smart. As you grow, get used to the idea of tearing your beloved turfies down and moving around the map. Always look for opportunities to tax smaller turfs for extra income and to move to more valuable places. Tear down turfs that earn you the least and move them to where they make you the most.

Smart idea to head to Phoenix. You can move around like we do by turf hopping. Basically building a chain of turfs in the direction you want.

A tip to those who may not realize, an airport turf can be very costly to those who are somewhat "new" players. Upwards of 50 million dollars just for claiming one turf.

Actually the cost varies. The cost to plant turfs is based on how crowded the area is & how many turfs the individual player owns. I wish it only cost me $50 million to plant in a crowded airport!
Building turf at a crowded airport will always be one of the costliest places to plant. For newer/smaller players though, it won't necessarily cost $50 million.
