Fastest way to get UB?

  I've been spamming at "Crack a bank safe" for a week now, around 20 times a day. Most of the time I get either cannoli (which I use to achieve such a high rate of missions), some equip, or nothing. Zero UB or even uncommon items today, when I got my first good loot, Police Map.
  The guy who posted the guide said the mission should give me 1 UB for every 20 missions. How come I still have 0? Is it just me or do I have bad luck?

  I've been doing the same thing for about a month or two and I've only received two. It's definitely more rare than 1 in 20. That's not right.

  "HOWTO: Get Loot, Mission Breakdown" by Night says it is. And he did it 5000 times so I guess he's accurate.

  It did not say 1 in 20. It says there is a 5% chance you can get one. That does not guarantee 1 in every 20 missions will give a UB. You're chance of getting one is only 5%,which is no guarantee at all.

  And the data was compiled from several players.
