Things You Can Try:
1. Press the "Get It!" button multiple times. Sometimes I'll get an add on the 3rd or 4th try.
2. Try different times of the day. If you can't get an ad in the am, try again at lunch & in the evening, etc.
3. iDevices Only: Try resetting your Advertising Identifier. Go to iDevice Settings➡️Privacy➡️Advertising➡️Reset Advertising Indentifier

Things That Won't Help:
1. Making forum threads about the lack of ads available
2. Complaining to support

Remember, free points are not guaranteed. When TW started, the only free don points came from leveling up. Think of getting points more as winning the lottery for that day rather than some kind of right that you have.

I must add to this, the apps have never given me dp unless you go through tap joy, the videos give the points and its best to not hit the x until your phone vibrates. Just my 2 cents

My phone never vibrates because I have vibrate turned off. It's never been an issue for me.
I've gotten dp from the apps - you have to make sure you actually open the app though & sometimes use it for a few minutes. It can be a hassle so I try to avoid them if at all possible.

Roger That told me that sometimes he has to click the button 20 or more times before getting an ad.

Try different locations around your area. Maybe your local Starbucks have better luck than your house.

Using different WiFi networks is also a viable option I've used. Additionally, when using a phone, cellular data is more reliable. Try switching to data to load up the video and as soon as it starts playing connect back to WiFi. You'll avoid using data and have a 90%+ success rate.

As has been stated numerous times, no one wants them to work for you more than MFP. Ad companies pay an amount close to the value of the points they essentially buy for you. This enables the hundreds of small players who come and go and never purchase points to be a source of revenue as well as the die-hards.

If you are using an old device with an old iOS , you are not part of the target audience and will not be served. I am not sure where the cutoff is but bear this in mind.
