If you are on the same continent as said "other country" and geocoder-recognized streets exist within hopping radius of your turf...you can. For example, you can hop from parts of the US to Canada. No, border patrol doesn't stop you. But the geocoder might...look for one of the many threads on turf hopping and get to it! If you have to cross an ocean, though, you're hosed unless you're actually travelling legitimately to that other country, province, state, or what have you.
