I just want to make it clear for people: If someone grabs a turf or two from you, a reset is probably a bad idea.

If you want to flee the fight, tear down instead. At least then you keep your mob, weapons, and half the value of your turf.

Worst case senario, you will never get pounded to less than 10% of your attacker's influence, so even the tear down might not be the best retreat option.

Don't be afraid of a little damage. Everyone is immortal in this game.

yea except this coming from a guy who just reset, once ure turf are down ure income tends to go into the negatives, and if you sell ure weapons with upkeep then with me atleast you have a unarmed mob (I had 1 rpg mingun and body armour per person in my mob) and the only thing that's good for is, nothing, thats my reasoning for reseting, and my income going from 750k to -115k in a week didn't help either...

And why disband your mob? That's the main point of the game. Now you have to start all over again in the invite forum. You went more backwards than you had to.

well once again a unarmed mob us a dead mob and you can only restart so far away from the person who's farming you with little money, and I'm not saying that just because someone captures one turf reset, use the help forums, try diplomacy, and above all don't take this lightly, it's like faking your death, it only works for so long and eventually if you do it enough times the fake part doesn't survive...

the reset is like a eject, you get put of immediate danger but look what's hurling towards you at 126 mph, so basically what I'm trying to say is not to be so proud/dumb/thick-headed/stubborn to just dig yourself a hole so deep you can't get out of it but at the same time, eventually your gonna pop up on who ever caused you to resets radar and when that time comes, be ready to rain down hell

Dose Reset mean you lose all the Don points you spent on increasing your turf limits?

Found my answer on a seperate page yep you lose everything apart from Unsured Don Points
