Mazes out atk and def points

I have 638 members but not I can't get more that 17004 def points. When I try and add a grenade it stays at 17004. Why is this? I only have about 500+ weapons but am maxed out on body armor. A

If there isn't a mob member to use the weapon it's useless. A greanade can't throw itself, dig me?

Yahe I know that, but I have 600+ mob members and only 500+ wepons
