I'd love if some veteran/more skilled players were to look through my profile and say some ways to improve.

Looks good, now for the work.Go to mob.codes and create an account. Post your code and then begin to punch in other codes. Temps (temporary codes assigned to new players) should be punched first, then just go through the standard list and type in their codes. Remember to arm your mob accordingly.
Stay at your level for as log as you can until you have a decent mob. If you choose to level up you will begin to lose the don protection you have that protects you from bigger players.
Make friends! I can't emphasize enough how important that is in this game. Friends can help you if a bigger player decides to start capping your city. Friends can give you advice if you get into a dangerous spat with a player. Friends can be there if you have a rl (real life) issue. Friends can also make or join an alliance that can become powerful in this game. There are many reputable alliances that are friendly and helpful, just work on increasing your mob.

Making friends is great! Especially if they are willing to make flowers for you :) really does help have those upkeep weapons

Raise the Stam, raise the mob, drop the upkeep weapons til you have an enemy to fight. Don't use the bank. You're looking good though👍🏻
