i went on vacation and came back 2.4 million dollars in September how do I fix tHat

Two of your five turfs are being taxed by larger influence turfs. Tear those down and build somewhere else. Also, you have weapons where you are paying an hourly upkeep fee. Sell those. That should help you to stop losing money every hour and straighten you out.

Get rid of everything, and then do missions all day for the next few months and then presto blasto you're back in the green.

Attack smaller players profiles, capture nearby turf, do missions, sell hourly weapons, sell additional weapons until you can build money making turf and then re-buy.
