If I capture someones turf does it go against my claimed ? I have a bunch of shit turfs that don't make me shit and want to tear them down but don't want to loose my amount of turfs I have

Yes captured turfs will become part of your total authorized. So if your turf limit is currently 30 and you capture a turf, you would be one over and unable to make new ones until you tore down two.

If you tear a turf down, your limit does not decrease. So if you have 30 right now, tear down 5, you will still have a 30 limit and be able to make (or capture) 5 more without ging over your limit.

When it comes to turf limits you can go over, I know several people that are 100's over their limit, the only real downside is you are not mobile and cannot make any new ones, only capture them.
