I looted a lookout but I don't see it in my inventory

Go to one of your turf. Go to get upgrades. Scroll down to the bottom. If you have an unused lookout, you will be given the option of equipping it to the turf

Lookouts increase the turf's defense by 10%. You can only have 1 per turf.

You can also go to your profile and press on manage inventory then change the YOU to any one of your turfs this will show you your defensive inventory the lookout is there as well.
