Are they useless? Should I do one lapua and one tommy gum per mob member? Are miniguns any good?

You should sell all your upkeep items right now.

You don't need upkeep with such a small mob, as you won't be fighting or capping turf anytime soon.

I'd recommend arming your mob with grenades, Kevlar and galesis.
