Does the red in the upkeep block me lose K or get K?

Not sure about the "k" you are referring to, but upkeep refers to the hourly cost to you to have those weapons, so your income is that much less each hour.

If a higher influence turf is overlapping your turf's circle, you are forced to pay money to them. Keep your turf away from them.

Red means losing money. If you built the turf, go back to the upgrades screen and sell all defensive upgrades. They do not actually add any meaningful defense to the turf.

If you captured the turf and aren't yet high enough level to access the defensive upgrades, you can wait until you level up or if the turf is losing money overall, tear it down.
