this is an outrage. i was on my phone, downloaded this game, made a new account, (not this one), and attacked my 86 influence turf, i knocked it out of commission, 10 stamina, 1 influence. outrageous, how am i supposed to become the capo if noobs can overcome my turf with little effort?

Overcome? You knocked it out of commission, correct? You didn't cap it. So what is the problem? Heal it or let it self heal.

Anyone can knock a turf out of commission. All your attacks were probably losses too. But if your new account doesn't get stronger than your old account it won't be able to cap no matter how many times you slam your turfs.
