How do i earn protection money from someone??

Have a turf with higher influence than a neighboring turf. But be carful doing that as people don't appreciate being taxed, so it's best to find inactive people to tax.

note that the turf must be covering at least 50% of the neighboring turf with lower influence in order to receive protection money from it
