Or if you loot armor piercing ammo, it will add 10% to your attack and you can cap a player who is slightly stronger.

You cannot capture turf using a vendetta, any turf of the target in range of being captured will be destroyed instead.

You maybe also able to accomplish what you wish only if your target does not properly arm his/her mob, but yours most be fully armed and tommies aswell.

Oh or if your target is in a vendetta that doesn't target you, his defense is 40% weaker.

Or if the target just flew into a new area, they will likely be on travel discount. That makes them 30% weaker but their weakness will wear off 1% a day for 30 days.

Or if you are super lucky, your target may be in a vendetta not targeting you AND be on travel discount which combines for a whopping 70% off!

Go buy your way to the top like all the players with 20,000 + Brens. At least with henchies you had to be rich to buy your way to the top.
