You guys are all saying that turfs have a 1 or 6 mile or whatever radius.

Is that the size of your turf on the map?

Not sure of your question but I think you might be looking for the answer if creation zone?

Yea, I think you're right. Police maps and increasing your turf influence increase the creation zone for turfs.
