Capo question

There are lots of turfs here, somebody has 4 turfs with 86, but the capo is me, only 2 turf with 66. How is that possible ?

Well some places in one of your area could be different then your tower. Like if you're at Boston and the other guy turf is close to it but at another town.

Some areas can have 2 or 3 capos think it's a bug
