To get capo after you've surpassed the previous capo?

About 3 hours ago my influence past that of the capo...still hasn't updated. When I was capo before I lost it due to a geocoder error...then I lost it fair and square...but now I shoul be capo and I think i may be back to the geocoder issue

Usually takes around 5 mins to update. Check the top mobsters to make sure you are passed the required influence level.
