Just a quick question, how come some people on here have like 30k Bren guns when they can't be bought?

They are a loot item available only a couple times a year.

You basically buy them by doing lots of missions, when that mission is available.

I think what they might be trying to tell you, is that players can buy respect points from the Don, and they will use those respect points to refill energy or get crates until they max out on brens. In the beginning brens had no limit. But over the past few years you can get a max of 1000 or slightly more a day. During Xmas loot week that's 9 days so 9000 brens, with $$$ 30k is achievable.
