Can you help me to know how can i get more than 86 influence by turf

Run missions that say "chance of loot"...

Eventually you will win a Bagman, a liquor license, distribution center, union boss or a smuggling tunnel. Equip one or more of those to a turf to raise influence above 86.

Also, if you capture a turf with upgrades on it then the upgrades become yours. Check your loot often because people like to hunt for them.
