I have ten turf but they are all small.i have added all upgrades to turf,and I'm at level 12

You want to be close to a bunch of,other mobsters turf for maximum income. Do not build within the radius of a larger influence turf.

Trying to come under some big turf but staying out of their radius.my influence is 300 with all upgrades available.bout to hit 300 mob members,will my influence grow with mob members

The size/influence you can upgrade a turf to is governed by level. Total influence isn't really something to to consider.
