I own 4 turf but do not control ,how is that possible?

What do you mean? Are you paying taxes to another turf? If so, you need to increase that turf's influence to 86.

No, not paying protecton.just in my turf info .02 radius 0% area controlled

From my understanding your capture radius is increased when influence in increased. Max inf is 138 and that is using items to equip with a normal 86 influence turf. That radius is how much of a space you can build/ capture a new turf. The area controlled is more or less that pink circle in the middle of your turf when you hit the + as if you were going to buy a new turf. What the area controlled comes down to is nobody can BUILD on top of that .1 mile area. Note someone can still capture this area.

When you are able to build a turf to 86 inf. that number will change from .0 to .1
