I haven't played TW in a while. I'm trying to get back into it and noticed when adding skill points, there's now a capture skill. Can someone explain this for me? Thanks.

excellent post! I agree with chucky 100%. for beginners it's not something i would be points into the other skills are more important. for a seasoned player i think maxing your profile stats is beneficial no matter what. eventually you will run across the person with the maxed cap radius and wish you had it too if for no other reason but to even the playing field to where it should be. i would do it regardless because i like knowing my profile is the best it can be. i know some will disagree but for the smaller players i think they should max stats in this order.... energy, health, stamina , and then move to cap radius. that way they can take advantage of the missions and loot more (including brens) also means leveling up and getting more points faster and can still work on their health and stamina.
