The forums are your friend try and take some time to review as much you can from this section. This is not how you should play or start but this is my 2 cents to you.
In the earliest stage it maybe most important to max your income, do not buy any other weapons but the ones required to run certain missions, once you unlock the mission crack a bank safe. Do not run any other mission except crack a bank safe and hyjack a cargo ship (when brens are available).
Level as slowly as possible that being said you unlock the ability to build a 86 influence turf at level 30. So you could level to 30 but really slow after that, you loose all don protection at level 50. Skill points at early will come fast as you level. My suggestion is to pay most attention to stamina, you will require at least 8 stamina to at least capture 1 turf, maybe an amount of 16 stamina could be a good early goal, you will still need to grow stamina. Use energy and add to energy as you see fit.

When you unlock crack a bank safe you will need 13 energy to run mission at elite level. In the early stage health is not crucial. I recommend not putting any skill points into health until later. Build your turf to the maximum influence you have unlocked, build near other turfs if you can, but not too close (this will cost you money) try and find a busy open area. As you wait for your income to grow build your mob. Even without website use you should be able to obtain a mob of 2000 fairly quickly. There's no doubt that the quickest way to build your mob is for you to do your own work and start a free account on invitecodematrix.com. There are some very simple codes you can add on your mob tab with invite mobsters press on white text box and start to enter.

If you get a custom code I'd suggest picking a simple code try your mobster name or a simple word that isn't being used. I am always willing to try and give my advice if wanted?

At one point I was working with 9 other players who posted codes, we all agreed to post each other's codes in the title whenever we posted. One of the keys to this is to find players in other time zones. They can post your code while you sleep or work and vide versa. At its peak I was receiving 50 invites a day. Once again this is not a fast way to grow your mob. But growth is growth, I've heard a few other players say they got to 10k mob with use of the invite code forum. You need to use it for you however. Advertise often and use something eye catching try and set yourself apart. The ecode craze started on the invite code forum.
