i have got around 29/28 thousand atk and defence and whenever I buy things it never goes up. Could anyone help me with this?

You have 2120 mob. You can use 2120 of each of the following three weapon types: melee, armor, weapon. You're buying thousands more grenades than you have mob. To increase your atk and drf rating you will need better quality weapons. Read the threads as advised above.
