How will this work exactly? Will there be a limit on how many times I can do it? If I take skill points from Stamina or Capture Radius will I get 2 points back? Anyone have any ideas?

We will all find out soon. My guess is you take care of all rearrangement of points in one go because you'll have one shot.

Turns out it only can be done one time so you get one chance only to get it right.
