How does the "google geocoder" work?

How do you "tax" people?

What should I use respect points for?

What should I use skill points for?

1. Settings-->TW-->google geocoder on.
2. Your larger turf covering someone else's smaller turf by at least 50%.
3. Most would say turf limit
4. Most would say stamina.

2. Your turf, of a higher influence, overlaps the center, or more, of a turf of lower influence.

It works how Google says it works. When you tap to place a turf, just like the other geocoders, it figures out the name.
