I have been seeing people where they have turf and for location, it's not the city, but it's like a college, or store(I saw someone the capo of GameStop......). So can someone help explain this? Thanks

They use the Google Geocoder.

When you play around with the geocoder you can find some wacky locations like airports, shopping centers, etc.

I once had two turfs right next to each other, each one held a capo of the same town but with slightly different spellings so I had two capos for the same town for an hour or so. Someplace in Russia...
