What are the fastest ways to level up?

Missions and fighting. Find some people about your mob size willing to trade xp. Attack each others profiles with all available stamina all day long. The trick is to make sure you beat them when they attack you and vice versa. You'll get higher xp this way than if you were to lose to their attacks.

Don't level up too quickly, though. You have Don protection from bigger mobs until level 25, when it gradually starts to decline until there is no protection at level 40.

Focus on mob count, then lvl up. That was my big mistake....
