how do you use balaclavas?

Go under your profile and click "manage your inventory" after that you click on the balaclava (a guy in a mask) and click save changes at the top of your screen and you are good to go.

The items allow you to attack someone or the turf incognito. It use it up once every time you attack.

Can you take a turf while under the balaclava or dose it only get put out of commission

Yes you can but you can be caught if you keep the turf, or more times than amount of balaclavas equipped.
