what does a henchmen do? And how do I get one?

It's a mob member not tied to an actual persons account, kinda like a dummy mob member. It acts the same as a regular mob member. You get them occasionally from missions. To get a lot, you must purchase them. Be prepared to spend a lot of money.

Henchmen will stick with you no matter what. When a person in your mob reset, you lose him/her.
