Hello. My friends and me want to create an alliance but i've no idea how to do that. Could anybody pls tell me how it works?!

Works however you want it to work. There is no formula or directions.

Basically. I would mob up though. 200 doesn't go very far here.

Helps if you recruit trusted and like minded players rather than open invites for people to join.
