I saw I under the turf screen and I was wondering what it is.

Omertà is a loot item. When you use it on a turf, it hides your identity as the turf's owner and for 24 hours.

You can pick a different color to trick people into thinking it's another person color turf.

people will know who owns it if they attack it

Sometimes you can figure out who owns the omertà without even attacking it.
