So 2 things: How many mob should I be trying to gain per level up, and at what level will I become fair game to all the big boys around me?

You're fair game starting around level 20 and have no protection past 50. There is no number of mob per level. You need to add codes yourself and reach a minimum of 3000-4000 to begin defending yourself.

Yea you might wanna do that now especially once you reach my levels but I'm fairly low profile
