What is the best way to get them? Any suggestions to getting them?

There will be an extra loot mission added for Brens: "hijack a cargo ship" or something like that. It will take 50 energy points to run the mission once. In the past, Odds were usually better than what we are accustomed to with the other missions. No Brens in crates in the last few years.

You also need 10-ar-15's rifles all you newbie's better start cracking some bank safes :)

I think you also need elite status on the port heist mission. If you haven't maxed that mission out, you may need to.

from what i remember last year you didnt. may have changed from last year though

I didn't need elite status but isn't it the cargo ship mission? Which is only available during brens. Requires 50 energy.
