Ok I'm getting attacked and should I buy lupau rifles or tommy guns?

Depends. You want to defend yourself or do you want to start a war? Lupaus are for defending (higher defensive) and Tommie's are for Offense (If you wanna Strike back). Your choice. I prefer Lupau's
