No. Sometimes players you attack will USE loot items such as cement shoes, horse heads, or car bombs on you or your turf.

If you attack and successfully capture a turf that has bagman(s), a liquor license, union boss, distribution center, smuggling tunnel, or lookout, you can take any of those goodies off and keep them in your inventory.

If it has police maps, you get the benefit of them on that turf only, cannot be removed.

If it had omerta applied, it remains in an "anonymous" state until 24 hours passes from when the omerta was applied.
